Best of Zillow | Madeleine Maguire

Zillow Premier Agent wanted a way to spotlight their top-performing agents and not only make them feel appreciated, but show the world that they are the best of the best. To honor these top agents, ZPA wanted to send a Best of Zillow appreciation box, and show audiences online what it takes to be a Best of Zillow agent.

Our focus was on balancing feelings of appreciation and celebration for the Best of Zillow agents. We wanted to thank and congratulate those who achieved this high mark while also creating a sense of FOMO for agents who didn’t quite make the cut.

Agents who achieved Best of Zillow status were sent targeted social ads, a congratulatory email, and sent to a landing page where they could learn more about their new status. These agents were also sent a welcome kit that included a Best of Zillow award, branded swag, and some tools that could help them continue to bring it home. We created stop motion videos of the welcome kit boxes to be shared on social as teasers. When agents received their own, they could share unboxing videos and celebration posts on their own channels.
